When it comes to political campaigns, Greg has seen it all. That’s the kind of experience more than two decades in the political arena will bring. Every day he looks at client objectives strategically and can customize outreach solutions that will impact campaign outcomes in the best way possible.

Greg will tell you that he simply manages a team of smart people who in turn help other people to use outreach efficiently to reach their goals, but that’s him being modest. That’s because Greg is an expert on campaign strategy from the grassroots level to the point of getting a candidate elected.

His expertise stems from a career rich with experience as a grassroots consultant, finance director and technology manager for political action committees, several candidates for the U.S. House and Senate as well as work with several non-profit organizations. He also ran the web development division at Democracy Data and Communication. Successfully integrating technology with positive political outreach has led to his role here at ACCESS Marketing Services.

A graduate of the University of Virginia with a MBA from George Mason University with a concentration in Management Information Systems, Greg has made Springfield, VA his home for nearly four decades.

Rebecca Jami

Rebecca Jami


Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in the field of direct mail marketing with 15 of those years as a print production manager. Rebecca is also a graphic designer with a B.S. in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Her work history spans associations, non-profits and companies, and includes specific experience in the health care and campaign mail arenas. She has been with ACCESS Marketing Services since 2013.

Previously, Rebecca oversaw the design and production of direct mail for grassroots outreach and coalition building programs on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies. From 2000 until 2012 she also managed the NAR Opportunity Race program for two NAR vendor partners. Since 2013 Rebecca has been managing the creative services team for the NAR Campaign Services and Issue Mobilization programs. In 2016 on behalf of NAR, her team produced multiple websites and landing pages, over 7.2 million pieces of mail and managed 132 digital outreach campaigns, including Pre-Roll and Radio, reaching almost half a billion voters.

Melissa Quarry

Melissa joined ACCESS Marketing Services in January 2014 and is responsible for all design tasks for clients as well as internal design needs for the company.

Prior to joining ACCESS, she worked as a designer for the Direct Impact Company, Tungsten Group Printing, Inc. and AmeriComm Direct Marketing. Melissa also worked as a teacher and technology/marketing coordinator at St. John School in Warrenton, VA. She is also the owner of her own design company – Quarry Design.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in media studies from Radford University and lives in Haymarket, VA with her husband Mark and son Matthew.

Emily is a multi-tasking organizer who helps keep the creative arm of ACCESS churning at a crisp pace while meeting all of the client’s needs. Emily keeps creative projects organized and on schedule, serves as a de facto proofreader and maintains a constant communication with the client to be certain ACCESS is meeting their expectations. Emily also handles a lot of important administrative work that often goes unnoticed but keeps the day-to-day operations of the company running smoothly.

Emily has had a diverse career path prior to her time with ACCESS, going to college twice, 20 years apart from one another. She earned an Associate’s Degree in legal assisting from ETI Technical College and a second Associate’s Degree in medical transcription from Stark State College in Canton, Ohio. In between her two collegiate stints she worked as a paralegal, in purchasing for a grocery distributor, in publishing coordinating advertising contracts, as HR/Sales support for an internet provider start-up, in accounts payable for a global manufacturing company, medical billing, and then rental property management.

Emily and her husband live in Massillon, Ohio.

Keith Royster

Keith’s background includes extensive experience in writing and design for political campaigns at the local and state level.  After spending over a decade as a creative director for billion-dollar corporations in the technology, telecommunications and financial service industries, Keith focused on political campaigning. He has served political candidates as a strategic consultant with a powerful style of campaign communications on print, digital and broadcast platforms. Keith helped future U.S. Senator Cory Booker in his 2002 bid for Mayor of Newark, NJ during the rough-and-tumble campaign depicted in the Academy Award nominated documentary, Street Fight.

Keith has worked for ad agencies specializing in political campaigns nationwide.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Keith resides in Teaneck, New Jersey with his wife Sheila and daughter Jordan.


Adam Wagner

Content Director

Adam brings more than 18 years’ experience as a public affairs writer, editor, marketer, and manager. As Content Director for ACCESS, he oversees marketing for the firm and develops content for client campaigns both online and off.

Adam has extensive experience working on campaigns for the National Association of REALTORS®, PhRMA’s We Work for Health program, and the campaign that successfully secured Medicare coverage for self-injectable biologics. His work has covered every major sector in the American economy and has been seen in hundreds of state and local publications nationwide.

Prior to ACCESS, Adam served as Director of Business Communications for DDC Public Affairs, where he managed the proposal response process, as well as developed and implemented the strategy behind DDC’s brand marketing. Prior to that, Adam served as Director of Communications for SevenTwenty Strategies, where he spearheaded new business communications. He cut his teeth in public affairs with a nearly decade-long stint as Senior Writer for Direct Impact, the grassroots arm of Burson-Marsteller.

Beyond public affairs, Adam served as editor and contributing writer of MMAmania.com. He earned an M.A. in English (Poetry) from Northern Arizona University and a B.A. in English Literature from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Keith Royster

Jody became part of the ACCESS team in January 2018.  She obtained an Associate Degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.  This was just the beginning of her nearly 30 years’ experience in graphic design.

Her previous employment – aside from working in an art gallery in downtown Pittsburgh while she attended art school – includes Werner Ladder Company, UPMC Health System, and Westminster College, all in a graphic design capacity.  She has also acted as a freelance designer for her local volunteer fire department for the past 5 years.

Jody lives in Greenville, PA, with her husband, 3 children, and many chickens.

Lewis joined the ACCESS team in 2018. He has six years of professional design experience, both as a Production Artist at Custom Ink and as a freelance graphic designer.

Lewis holds a BA in art from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He lives in Nelson County, VA with his wife Shannon and twin daughters Caroline and Savannah.


Danielle Horner

Danielle brings more than two decades’ experience working in design to her role on the ACCESS graphics team. She designs direct mail and marketing collateral, campaign logos, and multi-page publications for client campaigns.

Danielle has extensive experience developing roll-out advertising for both national and international publications, including USA Today, Parade, Wall Street Journal, National Geographic, Forbes, Fortune, Newsweek, Toronto Star, London Times, and Montreal Gazette. She’s developed award-winning package designs that have graced the shelves of national retailers, including Walmart Supercenters, Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Ace Hardware, Sears, and HSN. She’s provided trade show production for such clients as Goodyear, GE, Hendrickson, Diebold, Moen, Bendix, and American Greetings. And she’s experienced in direct mail, promotional items, catalog design and production, color correction/photo retouching, and logo design.

Prior to joining ACCESS, Danielle worked for Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings, Robert J. Matthews Company, Communication Exhibits, and Buckeye Color Lab. She earned her Associate Degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Danielle is passionate about her basset hounds and frequently participates in the Ohio Basset Hound Rescue Events to help raise money for pups in need. She lives in Massillon, OH with her three fur babies Walter, Nina, and Fenton.

Craig Rooney

Production Assistant

Craig is a Production Assistant who works with the ACCESS design team to help track and organize projects as well as communicating with clients and vendors to help campaigns launch smoothly.

He comes from the IT world where he managed and supported diverse needs. For over 15 years he has honed those skills in organizations from small telemarketing firms to large regional banks.

Craig works, primarily, to fund vacations on an island in the Caribbean and then to slowly increase his “man-child” rating buy enlarging his collection of Star Wars™ Lego®.
